What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in their homes

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and healthy habits

• Monitor symptoms, document progress, and follow established care plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia

• Experience in home health, long-term care, or geriatrics is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs using proper body mechanics

• Compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated—with a cool head in tough situations
