Exciting Homecare Agency is looking to hire a bilingual Recruiter to recruit caregivers/HHAs across our New York locations, and to perform a variety of administrative, clerical and recruiting tasks.
The Recruiter is a customer-oriented service representative. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to caregiver inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Your Role, as our Recruiter, you’re responsible for the following:
Recruit caregivers.
Phone screen potential hires.
Manage incoming calls from staff and potential staff.
Share the benefits of joining our wonderful team.
Take the extra mile to engage caregivers.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Keep records of interactions, process accounts and file documents.
Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Assist in the coordination of the caregiver orientation.
Process prospective applicants’ following compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
Must be fluent in Spanish.
Outgoing, friendly & inviting personality.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
